VyaparBiz (the “Service”) is operated by FABTEXS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of retailers and small-business owners using VyaparBiz.
1. Information We Collect
- Mobile number — used to authenticate your account via OTP.
- Business profile — business name, type, owner name, working hours, preferred language.
- Transaction data — Sales, Expenses, Udhaar, payments, customers/suppliers you record inside the app. This data belongs to you.
- Payment data — when you pay the ₹9 launch offer or any other plan via Razorpay, we receive only the payment status, order id and payment id. We never see your card or UPI credentials.
- Device data — basic browser / device type and crash logs to help us debug issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate logins and protect your account.
- To compute your business balances, reports, and reconciliations.
- To send you transactional emails / messages related to your account (no marketing spam).
- To improve VyaparBiz product features.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
- We do not share your business ledgers with anyone outside your account.
- We do not store your card or UPI credentials — Razorpay handles all payment processing.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers. All API communication is over HTTPS. Authentication uses JWT tokens with refresh rotation. Access tokens are short-lived and tied to your phone number.
5. Data Retention
Your business ledger is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated business data at any time by emailing vyaparbiz@gmail.com. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
- Right to access — view or export your transactions via PDF reports.
- Right to correction — edit any incorrect entry from within the app.
- Right to deletion — request full account deletion via support email.
