By creating an account or using VyaparBiz (operated by FABTEXS), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
VyaparBiz is intended for Indian retailers, shop owners, and small-business operators aged 18 or above. By signing up you confirm you meet this criteria.
2. Account & Authentication
- One account = one business. Each phone number can be linked to one business profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your phone & OTP secure.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service (e.g., abusive automation).
3. ₹9 Launch Offer & Paid Plans
- The ₹9 Launch Offer grants 30 days of full access from the date of successful payment.
- Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store any card or UPI details.
- Renewals (Monthly ₹99 / Yearly ₹999) are not auto-debited — you choose to renew.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use VyaparBiz only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not upload illegal, defamatory, or third-party copyrighted content.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated where possible.
6. Data Ownership
Your business data is yours. You can export reports as PDF at any time. We act only as the custodian.
7. Limitation of Liability
VyaparBiz is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FABTEXS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
8. Termination
You may stop using VyaparBiz and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified inside the app and via the registered phone number.
